Description

VETIQ Urinary Care Paste is a safe and gentle way to support urinary health in cats and dogs. It reduces the risk of struvite crystals and stones while helping to normalize urinary pH. It supports animals with feline urological syndrome (FUS) in cats and those predisposed to struvite formation in dogs.

Directions and dosage

Use as a dietary supplement

Can be given with food or directly

Suitable for kittens ~12 weeks of age (solid food intake) and older

Consult your veterinarian before use, especially for those with kidney disease or on kidney diets

Dosage for dissolving struvite stones:

For cats and dogs up to 2.5 kg, take 1/2 teaspoon twice daily

Over 2.5 kg, take 1 teaspoon twice daily

For dogs up to 10 kg, take 2 teaspoons 2 times daily

Over 10 kg – 3 teaspoons 2 times daily

Ensure free access to drinking water

Do not use with additional acidifiers without veterinarian’s advice (excessive acidification may cause metabolic acidosis, kidney dysfunction, and mineral imbalances)
