Ingredients:

Purified water, cocamidopropyl betaine, monopropylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, glycerin, PPG-15 stearyl ether, tetrasodium EDTA, menthol.

Instructions for use:

Shake before use.

Soak a cotton pad with the solution.

Gently wipe the contaminated areas under the eyes or around the mouth.

Remove any remaining product with a clean, dry cotton pad.
