Description

Contains keratolytic, ceruminolytic (ear wax dissolving), emollient, cleansing and moisturizing components, making the product ideal for hygiene and care of the external ear canal in dogs and cats, preventing the build-up of dirt, wax and discharge.

Ingredients: Salicylic acid 2.32 mg/ml, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, ethoxydiglycol, purified water, glycerin, lactic acid, oleic acid, plant extracts.

Directions for use: Open the ampoule by turning the plastic cap. Instill OTOCLEAN into each ear canal in an amount sufficient for the animal’s size: for large animals — 1 ampoule (5 ml) per ear; for small and medium animals — divide the contents of one ampoule between both ears. Hold the upper edge of the ear flap and gently instill the contents of the ampoule into the ear canal, squeezing the ampoule firmly to release all or half of the contents, depending on the situation. Gently massage the base of the ear for a few seconds to ensure better contact of the cleansing solution with the ear. For hygiene / unpleasant odor: apply every 24 hours for 8 days. For otitis prevention: once every 5–7 days. Before treating external otitis: apply 30 minutes before using medicated ear drops, remove excess with a cotton pad.

Warnings: For external use only. Avoid swallowing. Causes skin irritation and serious eye irritation — use protective gloves and goggles if necessary. In case of contact with skin, rinse with water; in case of contact with eyes, rinse with running water for several minutes. Wash hands after use. For animal use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store at 5–30°C.
